iPhone XS Max iCloud storage question

hello
I have some big issue that because of it I had to buy the largest iCloud storage of 2 Tb.
when I go to my storage space in the iPhone iCloud settings I see that I have 200 Gb of photos , but when I'm going to my Mac photos library I see it only 55 Gb - what is going on here?
how and where can I see the photos that have 200 Gb in my iCloud Drive? I want to know what this 200 Gb includes
