iCloud Streams Working Yet?

Is this functioning yet? If so, where does the stream go? I took a video, then clicked the option sheet, and tapped the iCloud button. It let me name the stream and send it to an email address (I used mine of course), but never got anything indicating where the stream is.

I'm figuring it's just not turned on yet??

iCloud sharing from the ShareSheet works the same as iOS 7. You should have got an e-mail... (Unless it requires iOS8 due to upgraded database differences?)

The stream should be in the "shared" tab in photos. This is not meant directly stream to a computer/web browser or anything, just from user to user and whatever device they choose.
