Where to ask for support of iCloud+ paid subscription, what's the best channel to talk to engineer? I start using iCloud Mail and have awful experience with slowness and messages corruptions.

As for corrupted mail, corrupted attachments in Mail.app — it's just awful. I had the same issues with Google Mail in the past, and I could fix it by deleting old Google account and creating a new one, because I were unable to talk to engineers to fix the issue — their server responded with wrong body size, as far as I remember, it was many years ago. I suppose, something like that may be with this exact Apple mail server.
