iPad icloud syncing help!

Hello,

I worked on a Pages file from my iPad, then my Mac. When I came back to my iPad, it asked me to select which of the two files I wanted to keep, so I selected the latest time (files from my mac).

It ended up deleting both versions and now I have nothing.

Can I do anything?
