Has anyone noticed that iCloud tabs misses off the last tab in Safari?

On my phone, if I have one tab open, none will show up on my iPad in the iCloud bit. If I have two open, only the first will show up; if I have three open, only the first two will show up, etc.

Does anyone know if there's a solution to this?
