General iCloud Tabs in Safari non working

So I think I remember reading this was a known issue after jailbreaking. Is this true? If so is there a fix in Cydia?

My icloud in safari doesn't work across my iphone 5 and IPad although I do remember it working at some point, what's the deal here.
