I've noticed that my iCloud tabs are no longer working in Safari 9.1.3 on Mavericks 10.9.5 today.
I have tried the following Cron jobs, Repair permissions, login out/in of iCloud in settings, rebooting....
No issues on iCloud site.
Is there anything else I can try? Find it really useful.
iPad and iPhone still work fine.
Could they have silently axed Mavericks support?
