Hi, folks!

My gf's iPhone 12 Mini, 128GB, most recent iOS update, and heres the problem - her iCloud in Photos app shows that its syncing, status bar is about at, 10-15% at best and doesnt seem to move forward much at all.

She has almost 80GB worth of images/videos and then some apps, in total about 108GB out of 128GB is taken up on her phone. Her iCloud status shows that only 16.8GB are taken up out of available 200GB.
We are on shared family plan with 200GB of total storage, out of which 156.5GB are still free as of this writing.

Resetting her iPhone is not an option while we are travelling and might not be an option for another two months, give or take, so, besides that, any other advices on how to jump-restart her iCloud syncing?

Her phone has been like that for literally 2.5 weeks already!

Little update:
Went into her iCloud settings, it showed that iCloud backup option under Settings->Profile->iCloud->Device backups-iCloud Backup was turned off, I turned it on, but it would turn the slider off instantly, while showing under iCloud that its turned on. Restarted the phone, now I can get into iCloud Backup setting again, now it shows that its active, yet, under the both sliders Backup this iphone and Backup over mobile data it says that "This phone cannot be backed up because there is not enough iCloud storage available.

While in reality theres plenty of space, so I just cliked "Backup now" and its backing up, thats weird.

iOS16 and iPadOS16 have been so buggy for all of our 4 devices, its crazy!
