I got my iPhone 13 Pro and was using iCloud for a while, but then I wanted to switch to Google Photos. So I did and everything synced with google photos... BUT then I realized that my iphone already cleared off the originals of some older photos off my phone, so the full resolution are on icloud and only the low res got backed up from phone to google photos.

I don't have any other Mac/iOS devices - how can I get the originals for everything back on my phone and back up, or properly back up from iCloud to Google Photos including the cinematic/portrait photos, etc.?

Unless I’m misreading, you can just go to the iCloud website, authenticate and download whatever photos you want from your account.
