iPod touch iCloud vs. iTouch 2G Question

If I finally convert my MobileMe account to an iCloud account, will I be able to access my iCloud data on my iTouch 2G using the web interface?

I haven't converted yet.
But if I go to www.icloud.com on my iTouch I only get 3 buttons, Setup/Install FindMyPhone/Install FindMyFriends.
My research so far, indicates the 2G can't access iCloud using the built in apps.

Is using the WebApp an option at all?
