iCloud won't backup

Hi

When i try to make a iCloud backup it says "this iphone cannot be backed up because there is not enough icloud storage.
so once i hit "Manage storage" it won't open unless i start the backup and then i was able to delete all my latest backup + see the next backup will be 750MB.

I have no idea what to do other than restore. if anyone has any suggestion please post.
