Icon Arrangements

Hi All

Something silly maybe.

I have folders whereupon when you grab bottom and resize the icons within arrange themselves to fill the window, that's good just how I like it to work.

Now some folders I have do not do this, on resizing the window the Icons stay where they are.

How do I set a folder so as the Icons always arrange themselves within any window that I open, or individual folder ?
