Icon changer app

Anyone has any icon changer app to recommend? I want a simpler method to change those system icons...

I've heard of candybar, but i'm looking for alternatives aka freeware

oh shucks.. it does not work in OS X SL 10.6.1....

You can copy the icon to the clipboard and paste it into the icon well in the "Get Info" menu.

Not sure if that's the method you were trying to replace or not, but I thought I'd throw it out there in case you didn't know.
