Anyone know of a good piece of software which converts icons to ICNS format?

I used to have a piece of software that did it for me but it somehow disappeared

No problem mate.

I have trouble remembering what applications I have had installed, I now keep a list of applications with reasons of why I deleted them and what they were actually useful for.

Y'know what's even more fun than image2icons? FastIcns. IT has this wicked little rotating floating cube that displays your image on the desktop.
