Okay, so I've got the boot camp partition formatted as NTFS. Now I know I can't write to it in OSX, so I paste the desired icon onto my USB Flash Drive.
I boot up into XP, copy the .icns files (And all the other invisible thingies) off of my USB and into the root folder of the of the Boot Camp partition. Reboot into OSX and the icon's still the default.
What gives?
