Since updating to Ventura, the icon for my NAS has turned into a black Question Mark.

My NAS has Bonjour enabled and SAMBA turned on, as well as Windows Networking enabled. In Network I see an old-fashioned Monitor and the "kind" is PC, and a Question Mark and for that the "kind" is Mac.

Can I somehow change the question mark?

Yep - it’s just the icon I am wondering about… I have two networks, one via Ethernet and one via Thunderbolt.

I believe icons for items in the Finder are based on the "kind", and then the icon database in macOS. Just interesting that the icons for all my other items are relatively correct like it is the right icon for my MacBook Pro, my Mac Studio, my Mac Mini, and even my Time Capsules. Just the icon for PC is disgusting - an old-fashioned CRT monitor, really? - but there really should be one for NASes, or Apple should let us change these icons.
