Icon missing in System Prefs

I came across a rather weird bug when launching my System Preferences. Everything works fine, but the icon of the "CDs & DVDs" tab has disappeared. The button works and has the text and all, but this is confusing.

I've rebooted and fixed permissions. I also tried searching for a systemprefs.plist file, but couldn't find anything.. Anyone know what's going on??

I'm on dual 1.8xG5 and my system is 10.3.6.

My network icon in the computer field in the finder disappears from time to time too and is only restored by restarting. Although nothing big it is a bit annoying. It's clickable though, same as yours.
If somebody has a clue, I'd like to know too.
