Icon movement is locked.

When I press and hold an app, it does not allow me to move or delete it. The app icon continues to look like a "pressed" state.

iPhone 4.

What Cydia apps could be causing this?

Do you have iProtect installed? It's most likely those settings if you do.

Damn, I uninstalled iProtect and my icons are still locked.

If this happens to anyone else, I fixed it by reinstalling Lockdown Pro
