"!" icon next to battery icon

Just started noticing a new icon in the upper right corner of my iPhone 3Gs screen. It's directly next to my battery status icon. I'll post a screen shot below. I'm running 4.3.3 & am jailbroke using redsn0w. I have closed all known apps showing in my springboard & the "!" icon remains. Any ideas?

Google: "Do you have LockInfo installed? I believe that icon shows that you have an unread push notification."

No but I do have OpenNotifier & I just checked it. I now believe that "!" was a "psudo-badge" which I had previously thought would show ON the app icon. Thank you for helping me jog my memory on what this could be from!!
