I'm using Firefox for web browsing and Thunderbird for email. However, there is one thing that continuously irritates me about both these applications. Firefox and Thunderbird both have the direst, ugliest, most disgusting, crappiest icons I have ever seen!

I modified Thunderbird use the OS X Mail's icon, and then deleted Mail. So Thunderbird looks ok now.

I don't know what to do for Firefox. I could find some icon packs online for Firefox.
  1. http://iconpacks.mozdev.org/packs/orbit-colours.html
  2. http://iconpacks.mozdev.org/packs/deerpark-lite.html
  3. http://iconpacks.mozdev.org/packs/deerpark.html

However, these work only for Windows and Linux. Does anybody know how to convert these to Mac OS X format? If someone could just give me the general gist of what needs to be converted into what, I could actually give it a try in an image editor or in XCode tools.
