So everyone knows how lots of documents have icon previews in Leopard. You see the actual text of the word document, pdf, excel file, etc. etc .

However, it's so tiny I don't get the point. I prefer a nice little icon.

You can go to "show view options" and deselect 'show icon view," but it only turns them off for whatever folder you do that in.

Any way to turn off icon preview, for the entire system?
