Icon Problems...

Hi people of Macrumors!!

I'm having a problem with my icons in Finder. Sometimes when I open up a folder, the icons are to be jumbled up and on top of each other. Its really annoying having to 'clean up' every time I open Finder. Also, when I resize the window, the icons no longer automatically rearrange to fit the window.

I have googled it and the only thing I have found is to delete the finder.plist and restart, but that hasn't worked.

Can anybody help me?

EDIT: I think I have fixed the jumble problem. I clicked 'Snap To Grid' in Finder.

Does anyone know how to Make the icons automatically move the icons fit my finder window when I resize it? Its weird, it happens in some folders, but not others.

please don't "bump" threads...but...

I don't think OS X works exactly as you described, although you can go to View->Arrange by->(options) to rearrange individual windows.
