Icon size changes by itself

How do I lock Icon size? I look up and suddenly the icon size has changed??? I want to lock the size so I do not have to deal with that. I tried System Preferences but the Icon size will not lock from there. Any help out there? Thanks.

system preferences>trackpad>scroll & zoom>zoom in or out.
uncheck that sucker!
