iPhone Iconoclasm-need help

Every time I switch a layout or do something different and respring I get this message...

Then I have to rearrange my folders and it's getting annoying
Why does this happen?

Are you using per-page layouts?

No I'm using the same layout on each page

I guess I can try and uninstall and load it back up
