Iconoclasm style app?

Before you all jump on my back - I did search and was unable to find the specific app

I used to use Iconoclasm+iblank on my jb iphone to setup custom icon layouts. A few months back I remember reading about a new jb app that does the job of both of these - allowing you to place icons in any position without having to set a layout and space hidden icons around.

does anyone recall what app that was?
