Not sure what I'm doing wrong here. Applied an iconomatic and it's only showing up on my bitesms and clock icons. Anyone know why? Thanks!

I know you posted a few days ago, but I thought I'd still answer.
Those 2 show up because they are included in the Bundles folder of the iconomatic theme with the overlay already applied. Check in Settings > Iconomatic that you have Use Overlay toggled on.
