Icons don't change w/ Themes??

Like the title says, I change between themes and the icons stopped changing.
They were changing, now I have the stock icons, can't figure it out?
..................and yes I searched for an answer...

are they moved underneath something in winterbaord?
try dragging them to the top.
have you tried a shutdown and reboot, have you tried a hard reset?

are they moved underneath something in winterbaord?Right now I have BUUF2 which is one that I originally had where the icons worked ok, and I moved it all the way to the top, I don't see a dedicated icon folder

Have you tried removing what you may have recently installed form cydia?
Do you use cracked anything?
