Icons messed up after installing cydia-apps/tweaks

Very often now when i install an app or a tweak from Cydia, all my icons gets messed up and not in the order it should be...

I also get the white-icons bug etc bug they disappear after a respring.

Takes a long time to move back all the icons everytime.

Any fix?

1 More problem, I just connected my phone to Itunes and it synchronised, and now almost all of my recent apps disappeard from my phone.. Tha f?
