Icons on LockInfo- anyway to keep custom icons through updates?

I update LockInfo pretty regularly, but I really want to keep my nice custom icons- does anyone know of a way to have the updates apply without knocking out custom icons? I copy the icons directly in so I don't use winterboard- any thoughts?

That would be the downside to trying to avoid Winterboard. The only thing to do is save them pre-update and reapply.

without winterboard, no the update is doing exactly what your assuming overwriting the custom icons back to default
