Icons position

Hi there can someone please tell me how can I put icons in this position? I tried with iconoclasm and gridlock but none seems to work. Help please!!

I tried with iconoclasm but i cannot put the icons in the middle.

Sorry but I can't remember where i took this screenshot from. I think it's from "Post your Jailbroken Homescreen (Part4)."

Iconoclasm has many many different layouts on cydia. But with gridlock you should just be able to put them there.

Iconoclasm (mimimal 3x3) layout does it all at once. But if you try with gridlock its gonna take long time each by each.
