icons problem

Dear Members,

I have this icons problem on my screen. For an unknown reason they get mixed up and i really prefer that they stay the way i arranged them.Is there a way to kind of locked them?

I suppose you could just select all your icons, do a secondary click and hit clean up?

Clean up? But i do not want to delete or remove them from the main screen.Is that not going to happen?
