Icons rearrange after respring

I don't know how long this was ago but the title says it all. I have searched the problem up, no solution. They said to uninstall Kate- never installed it. Also uninstall Five Icon Dock, uninstalled that, no avail. It is said that one of the .plist files were corrupt. Any ideas?

Are you sure you didn't get a springboard crash? It sounds to me very much like one.
