Can anyone tell me how to change my ICONS. I downloaded a zip that had a lot of good ones I wanna use but what are the steps to change them.. Please help me I am new at this. I am running OSX 10.1.5

not sure which icons you mean (ie, folder icons or something more crucial like "home" and such)
if it's the former then you get info on the icon you want to change it to, click on the icon and copy it (apple-c), and then open up the item whose icon you want to change and click on it and paste (apple-v)

I want to change my hard drive icon, but when I do "get info" on the hard drive and click on the icon in the upper left, I don't have the option to paste anything. Am I missing something?
I believe that you have to use the keystoke commands for copy and paste to change the icons in the get info widow. Finder doesn't work for this. I could be wrong though, I always use the keystroke shortcuts.
