Hey MacRumors,

I have a very annoying problem with one .deb in Cydia, called IconSupport.
The problem is that it can't overwrite some file, and I can't get it out of the queue (everytime I open Cydia it auto-queues it).

And everytime I try to install and I fail, it wants me to Restart SpringBoard.

It should also be said that I got it through the Podulo source, best source I found so far, please recommend another if this can solve my problem by uninstalling the source.

First error:
Code:
Error: Running
Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

Second error:
Code:
/var/cache/apt/archives/com.podulo.IconSupport_1.3_iphoneos-arm.deb

trying to overwrite '/Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries/IconSupport.dylib', which is also in package com.chpwn.iconsupport

I have tried to delete the .dylib and .plist file through SSH with Cyberduck, but it didn't help.

Thank you very much in advance.

Unfortunately I cannot help but I can say something isnt right with IconSupport.

I installed version 1.6 manually via "AutoInstall". It never came up in my Cydia Packages.

I when I try to upgrade to 1.6.4 via a Cydia repo, I get the 2nd error you mentioned.

trying to overwrite '/Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries/IconSupport.dylib'

Is there a why to uninstall this "IconSupport" app via iPhoneBrowser??

Thanks!

Fix!

I Just Worked This Out
SSH Into your idevice then run
Output:
The following packages have been unpacked but not yet configured.
They must be configured using dpkg --configure or the configure
menu option in dselect for them to work:
com.chpwn.iconsupport Support library for safe icon tweaks.
If That Is The Output Do The Following
dpkg --configure com.chpwn.iconsupport
It Should Say Something Like
Setting up com.chpwn.iconsupport (1.7-1) ...
Then Thats It!
:D
I Worked This Out From Experience With Linux and dpkg :)
