iPhone .ics Calendar attachments not working...

I know that the Mail app has been extremely buggy in iOS 13, but I’m pretty sure I was experiencing this issue with iOS 12 as well.

For whatever reason, .ics attachments in my Exchange email account keep showing up as “Zero KB” and aren’t clickable. I’ve got both “Mail” and “Calendars” turned ON for that account, so I can’t figure out what’s causing the issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
