Every place I look online it, says out of stock and on their support site griffin lists it as discontinued. Is this true? I just read this is one of the best laptop stands? Anyone know of any others?

I haven't done it yet, but the Elevators are much more likely to cause scratch marks to the MBP if you're careless about taking it on and off the stand. One thing I don't like about them.
The Elevator matches the new Apple styling far more, but personally I prefer the iCurve.

Ditto that; I actually ordered the iCurve off Amazon, but they sent me the Elevator.
