I had an icy box when I had a PC - and if you're after an aluminium mesh sided model, make sure you get as quiet a hard drive as possible. The whine from the Western Digital HDD I had in it was nigh on unbearable....
I'm fairly certain that most, if not all, of those "Icy Box" cases can be bought in the US under a variety of different brand names. For example, this one:
Basically, unless you're attached to something specific about this Icy Box line (either you like the logo, or they put better electronics into a generic case, though I doubt that), you can find the same case with various different brand logos on them from lots of different US sellers. Keep an eye on DealMac and you'll see them roll past occasionally, or just poke around on the egoodz.com site I linked--I have no idea if they're a reliable store or not, but they have a massive number of variations on those cases--color combos, interfaces, and drive bundles.
