I just bought a 2.5" SATA hard drive enclosure and put the hard disk in it, it works fine, but is very wobbly as it's the thinner hard disk (1 platter).

is it safe to pad the hard disk with some foam or something before i put it in the enclosure or is this not advised for heat dissapation etc?
