ICZI Adaptor 10 in One - Only Ethernet not work!

Hi, I have connected to My new Mac BookAir, which arrived today, my adaptor type C from ICZI, 10 in one.
It is an adapter with an Ethernet port and 2 ports 4K monitors (LINK AMAZON) .
Unfortunately, my Air doesn't see the Ethernet port.
Can you give me some suggestions?
