iData Pro successor?

What I really want is Quickdex back again. Its successor, iData Pro (5.4.05), no longer functions (with Sequoia 15.5). Is there a modern app that does what Quickdex did? Ideally, reading Quickdex/iData files? Please.......

What exactly isn't working?
iData Pro 5.4.05 from https://www.raccoonbend.com/iDataPro5/index.html starts in Sequoia 15.5, a new datafile can be created.

I have the same version of iData Pro on my 2024 M4 Mini, running Sequoia 15.5.
It seems to run just fine.

iData Pro is very slow to load and slow to resume when returned to. And it will only save, or offer to save, when the app is quit. I have redownloaded twice from raccoon.com; same result each time.

Version 0.86 works in Sequoia 15.5.
