IDE to Sata adapter in Powermac g4?

What is the best way to go about this? I have seen some on Amazon that are dirt cheap but I don't know if they work. This is kinda off topic but will this work with a g4 AGP?

SATA to IDE adapter should work with G4 AGP (on xbench results comparison site you can find result of G4 MDD with SSD connected via such an adapter).

About USB 2.0 PCI - look for those based on NEC chipset (they work p&p).

If you want Gigabit Ethernet card, look for Realtek RTL-8169 based card - also will work p&p.

Okay, thanks. I found some NEC based USB cards on Amazon but I couldn't find a realtek based gigabit card.
