Good idea but I don't think there are enough threads to warrant it. Each time a new forum is created, more double threads appear as newbies try to decide which area to post in.

There's multiple websites dedicated to this, many of which have their own forums already.

I love seeing threads that start out....."idea for a new forum" and so on its like when you know you are about to see a fight ensue only you don't say anything......you just sit back and watch......
