Ideal CPU Temp ?

When i play games, cpu temp runs about 80C , do you think this is not safe for mbp ?

What temps must it be running ?

Does it have protection against having high temp and shutting it down ?

It's fine, and well within the normal range. Searching the forum with MRoogle will reveal dozens of MBP temperature threads.

It's normal.

They are fine up to 100C, and they will shut down if they get too hot.

Same on mine, thats totally normal, just be careful to have proper ventilation.
