Ideal temperature and fan speed

I have a 2010 IMac 27" i7 2.93Ghz -16gb ram
I have attached the current temperature and fan speed. Are my temps and fan speed good? What do you think the ideal temperature and fan speed should be?


The average temperature for my computer is currently 56 degree C.
