I have read many a thread on defragmenting a Mac. I understand that it's hard for many windows users to come over to Macs and realize there is virtually no need to defrag, since OS X handles defragmentation very well. However, with that said, I got a free copy of iDefrag and was foolin' around with it. I thought what they heck, it can't really hurt that much. My questions are as follows:

- If I regularly move, copy, delete, ect very large files, will this program help out the OS a bit?

- Is it bad to use at all?

To be clear, I am not experiencing any noticeable slow down what-so-ever, so this whole iDefrag business isn't a big deal to me at all. I have just not been able to find definitive answers to the above questions. Specs in sig.
