Identify app - Dark Mode toggle ?

Does anyone recognize this app ? It sits in the top menu bar and seems to seamlessly change the desktop from light mode to dark mode with just a click. Please see attached screenshot of the icon. Thanks in advance.

I tried searching the app store but none of the apps I found have this exact icon.

It's not a 3rd party app, it's a control that you can add from Control Center.
Open Control Centre, click Edit Controls at the bottom and search it:

There is an app called Umbra, that has a setting to use this icon in the menu bar: https://replay.software/umbra
