Identity card reader

I purchased an SCA identity card reader to read my Belgian pasport. I installed everything like it should be. When i want to log in in the Belgian portal site i can see my certificats but thats all.I select continiu but at the end i cannot continue! Do i have to adapt the keychain preferences and how ?
