Identity theft at my old URL! Help!

Hi all,
I'm the original author of a peak oil activist site http://eclipsenow.org and I need some help. Years ago, due to burnout issues, I let my url ownership of http://eclipsenow.org expire.

A cyber-squatter took over. They made it pink! (eewww!) It was an ugly pink blog, and I don't think it attracted many hits.

But now they've put it back to the way I originally wrote it. They are posing as me! Worse than just using my website material and writing, they are posing as me. They have left my very personal story about my son's cancer up there.

I'm now reconsidering how much personal information I just blurt out onto the net, and have also changed my views on the energy crisis somewhat.

Any advice on how to contact the current owner of http://eclipsenow.org and request them to write their own material? Or even sell the URL back to me?

Any advice on the legal issues or international URL organisations I can appeal to? I'd like the url back, but if that isn't possible, I'd at least like them to remove my work and my FAMILY STORIES that are up on that site.

You may want to send him a cease and desist for the content, but there is nothing you can do about the URL really. You shouldn't have let it expire.
