iDisk 2 way file sharing?

I have files that I would like to make available to both my Mac and my work pc. I believe that iDisk should be a decent option for this action.
I see apple.com help items that show how to add items from my Mac and then download to my work pc.
However, the files are on my work pc.
Can I upload files to my iDisk from my work pc?
