iDisk Image Taking Too Much Space Up

Hi guys,

I have a problem here. I noticed that in one of my folders, there's a disk image which is a mirror image of my iDisk. However, it's 10.5GB in size, and that's way more than the amount of space I've used on my iDisk. Is there any way to shrink the mirror image?

the iDisk image is the same size as your iDisk space, 10Gb.

Shrink, no.

But you can turn it off altogether.

System Preferences -> .Mac -> iDisk -> "iDisk Syncing On" section, click "Stop"

It worked out well. I've got more freed up space on my hard drive. 48GB compared to 38GB back then. I'm always trying to keep my HDD empty, FYI, after suffering a HDD crash before.
